No, we don’t offer refunds under any circumstances.
Yes, you’re allowed to reschedule your appointment with us if you request to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please contact us via email at support@banksandburnsconsulting.com or phone at 313-744-2987 to reschedule your appointment.
Please note: If you're more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us that you won't be in attendance, you will no longer be able to book appointments with Banks and Burns Consulting.

Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation via email. You’ll also receive a contract, which is part of the confirmation process that must be signed in order to finalize the confirmation process.
